Luxury first floor apartment located at the rear of Matlock House opposite the beach, Filey. Please note the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues as it is located on the first floor and the emergency fire exit is out the fire window at the back of the property. Filey Beach Retreat contains high quality furnishing and fittings , fully fitted kitchen with NEFF appliances, lounge area with Smart TV, FreeSAT and free WIFI. Two bedrooms, a king size room ( with additional fold out bed if required ) and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and separate MIRAS shower. Pet and child friendly. Cleaning included and towels provided. (Please bring beach towels). Please note winter stays of 2 nights or more, summer stays of 3 nights or more, including school holidays. We have a communal patio area at the front of the property overlooking the seafront.
