Things to know...

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am (unless otherwise agreed).

Stays are for 3 days or more including school holidays. Certain check in days apply depending on the time of year.

25% deposit is payable at time of booking (unless booked within 55 days of arrival). Final payment/full payment is due 55 days prior to arrival along with a £100 refundable damage deposit.

Up to 2 medium sized, well behaved dogs are welcome, at no extra cost, but must be approved prior to booking.

A fold-out bed is available in the main bedroom, upon request, at no extra cost.

A pass for West Avenue car park (5/10 minutes away) is provided, for peak season, if needed. (A charge is made if this is lost or not available upon departure from the property).

Terms and conditions must be read and approved prior to booking.

Please note the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues. It is located on the first floor and the emergency exit is via a fire window at the rear of the property.
